So my sister finally was able to round me up to do some pictures of my sweet niece and nephew, Baron and Malea. The shoot was focused around Malea, capturing the sweet peanut (that's what we call her) at the age of 1. It's always fun to shoot family! I just love these kids....

'Tis the season for family portraits! Last weekend, I photographed the family of my fabulous hair stylist (and friend), Michelle. We were able to include Michelle and her husband, her brother and his family, and her mom, not to mention the furry members of the family as well! I spent last Friday with Nick and Jamie at Spring Grove Cemetery to do their engagement pictures. We had a lot of fun, and they were brave battling the cold! I can't wait to shoot their wedding in August! Here are a few of my favorites....

Leigh & Jessup's Wedding

A couple weeks ago I shot my final wedding of the year, and what a good one it was to go out on! Not only was it in the fall (my favorite season) with fall colors, but it was with a fantastic couple. This was my first time photographing Leigh and Jessup, since we didn't do engagement pictures. That can always be a tricky thing because they aren't used to how I work, and I don't know them as a couple. But it didn't matter with these two - they were amazing to work with!

The whole wedding was done up in Oxford, during Miami's homecoming, which was definitely an adventure. I also had my great photographer friend, Erin, join me to help out, seeing as though I'm 9 months pregnant. (Thanks, Erin, for your help!)

All around it was a beautiful wedding! Here are some pictures to prove it.....
