The wait is over....

I am proud to finally introduce my new website! I finally got it up an running - let's just hope it stays that way :) My new site is now officially located at www.leahrobbins.com, the place it should have been all along! I would love to hear feedback for it - what you like/don't like, etc. Thanks for being patient! I hope you enjoy the new look!

I wanted to give a special thanks to the musicians on my site. You will recognize two of the songs, but the first song is a new one. The first song is called Bittersweet End and is by Rick Hopkins. The other songs are by my friends, Adam Wilson, and Ryan Smith. All three artists can be found on iTunes - you should definitely check them out!

Valentine's Day surprise

So I don't think I need to tell you how awesome my husband is, but I will anyways. He always does such a good job at showing me how much he loves me, and this Valentine's Day was no exception. I received a bouquet of 18 long stem red roses at our front door just before V-Day. Not only was it a great surprise because it was early, but also because of how beautiful they were!

Oh, and I'll give a little plug for the company he buys them from....He always gets me flowers from proflowers.com because they last for weeks! The bouquets come in bud form, and they bloom after you get them, which enables you to enjoy them so much longer. So, men, take notes!

Thanks, Matthew, for a great V-Day gift and a great V-Day! I love you!!

Almost there...

Ok, so I was a little off on my new site launching....The hosting company is a little behind in getting it up, but it should be very soon!

If you have tried to access my webpage (www.leahrobbins.com), you have probably noticed that it's down. In all actuality, my old site still exists - it's parked at www.lcrobbins.com. If you've ever noticed that when you typed in leahrobbins.com, lcrobbins.com was actually what pulled up. For some strange reason, when I started my business, I started it as LC Robbins Photography, not Leah Robbins Photography. But once I got everything set up (including my website), I changed it, but I never moved my site from www.lcrobbins.com. But the good news is that when my new site is up, it will ACTUALLY be at www.leahrobbins.com - imagine that! :) So you can get rid of the lcrobbins.com and move on to the new and improved leahrobbins.com (Good bye, first website! You were good to us and we will miss you!)

I will post on here as soon as the new site is officially up.... (And that better be soon, hosting company!)

Notice anything?

As promised, my updates are getting done! My new website should launch within HOURS and I'm working on updating my new logo to everything! I'm so excited, I can hardly stand it! While all the updates are taking place, there may be some things out of whack or may not work properly - have patience, I hope to work out any kinks as fast as possible! But bear with me as I get these updates up and rolling.

It feels so good to have a fresh new look, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I've enjoyed doing it! Thank you for your continued support in my work and I hope you continue to follow Leah Robbins Photography as I take this business to new levels!

Lauren Louisa Gray

Earlier this week, I had the privilege of photographing Lauren who was born on January 25. She is only 2 weeks old and such a precious little baby girl! This was also my first baby photo shoot since having a baby of my own, so it was extra special to do. Babies are such a joy and a gift from the Lord that it is indescribable how blessed I feel to be able to photograph them! I look forward to photographing Lauren over the next year and watch her grow! Here are a few of my favorites, along with her slideshow...

Thank you, Deborah and Joe, for letting me into your home to photograph your precious baby girl!

Seth is 2 months old!

I can't believe Seth is already 2 months old! He has grown and changed so much! He's laughing, smiling, talking, and just interacting a lot more. However, he could be smiling like crazy, but as soon as I whip out my camera, he freezes and loses that sweet smile...Guess that's something we'll just have to work on!

New logo

As part of my many updates (which I know you are anxiously waiting on the edge of your seat for!), I am re-doing my logo. So far, this is what I've come up with...

I'd love to get your input and feedback! Thanks!
I am making progress on the website - not too much longer!
