Matt and Margot's Engagement Pictures

Last week, I met up with Matt and Margot at Pyramid Hill - an outdoor museum. I can definitely say this location was a first for me! It's a really neat park, with very unique sculptures placed all over. It was a lot of fun shooting not only at this park, but with this couple as well.

Matt and Margot were troopers, battling the heat, as we trekked across the park. We are all very glad that their wedding is going to be in September - hopefully much cooler weather! Here are a few favorites from the shoot...

Eric & Jill's Wedding

Last weekend, I traveled to Carlisle, PA to photograph the wedding of Eric and Jill. You may remember this couple from their engagement shoot in San Francisco. Yes, they flew me out for both events! It's a rough life being a photographer!

Anyways, I can't say enough great things about this couple! We had a wonderful day, a beautiful location (Carlisle has so much charm!), and surprisingly good weather (at least during picture taking time). Jill had one of the most unique dresses I've ever seen, and it was stunning on her. And, if you know me at all, you know I freaked out over this - she had hot pink shoes. Love it. (Don't worry - my foot fetish does not go beyond picture taking)

Scott & Courtney's Wedding

Very rarely do I get out of Cincinnati to shoot a wedding, and when I do, it's such a treat! It's so much fun getting to go to new places and shooting new locations. Scott and Courtney invited me to do their wedding down in Chattanooga - and you know I always love a free trip to Tennessee! Go Vols! (ok, you knew that was coming)

Anyways, I had a blast with this couple and their wedding party. The church was gorgeous with unique architecture. And after the ceremony, I got to take a romantic horse and carriage ride with the couple. :) We were able to hop on and off the carriage (very carefully, I might add. That horse was jumpy!) around downtown Chattanooga. It was a really great day! Here are some pictures to prove it....





















































And this had to be the most interesting garter experience I've ever seen...

I told you May was busy for weddings! I went to Chattanooga last weekend to photograph the wedding of Scotty and Courtney. Here is just a little preview of what's to come!

Lauren is 4 months old

You may remember a newborn session I did a few months back of Lauren Gray. Well, she's already 4 months old! I love my 1 year baby packages because I get to see these sweet little ones grow up and develop such wonderful personalities! Here is Lauren at 4 months....

Josh & Ashley's wedding

Their wedding is finally here! We had a gorgeous (and hot!) day out at Royal Oak Country Club. The wedding and reception were both held there, which I must admit, is my favorite way to shoot a wedding! The bride looked gorgeous, of course, and the groom looked dashing in his Tennessee camo hat :) I was very honored to take part in this wedding. Ashley and I have been friends for a long time and I'm so happy to see her so in love! Here are a few of my favorites....

These past couple weeks have been crazy for me! Between shooting 2 weddings (one of which in Chattanooga) and Anna having her baby, I'm just now getting around to posting my May 23rd wedding!! Here is a little teaser pic from the wedding of Ashley and Josh. I hope to have more soon!

Cole Matthew Bogan

Anna had her baby! Cole Matthew Bogan arrived on June 2 at 6:42 pm, weighing 7lbs 11oz and 20.5 in long, with a FULL head of black hair- very much like his brother Baron. I was very fortunate to be a part of the birth and take pictures. It's so amazing to watch a childbirth, especially after going through one myself! It's nice not being the one going through the labor :) Sorry, Anna, I did not envy you :)

Cole makes cousin #9 for Seth - he is one lucky kid! We are so excited for the Bogan family! Congratulations! We love you all!!
















Dr. Bowen - he delivered all 3 Bogan kids and Seth - we're still waiting for the family discount...
























Fortunately, he did not arrive with any paint on him :)
