I was blessed to have the opportunity to photograph the Samad family on Saturday. They welcomed me into their home and made me feel as though I was part of the family! We had so much fun together, and they even put up with all my crazy ideas! They stood in the cold, held umbrellas, piled on top of each other, walked and talked - you name it, they did it! They were such troopers and I am very pleased with their pictures! You can sneak a peak at a few of them here, and see more on their slideshow at

Thank you, Samad family, for welcoming me into your home. You are in my prayers and may you hold onto every moment.
2 Corinthians 4:17
For momentary, light affliction is producing for us an eternal weight of glory far beyond all comparisonwhile we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal.
